LobbyThis image was rendered in Revit on the Cloud. This lobby is completely wheelchair accessible and designed with sustainable materials such as rubber flooring, upholstery and materials containing recycled content, as well as wallcovering and paints that emit low VOCs. | Lobby ReceptionThis perspective is also a Revit Cloud rendering and gives a closer look at the materials used in the space. | Reception Desk MillworkThis millwork shows the detail and dimensions involved in the construction of the reception desk located in the lobby. |
RehabThis rendering of Rehab shows all the equipment used by CP patients, as well as an open charting area for employees. Large windows, LED lighting, and sustainable and renewable materials all contribute to the sustainable design of the space. | Medical Exam RoomThis exam room is located in Medical Specialties, wheelchair accessible and designed to meet medical standards. | Training RoomThis perspective of this training room was also rendered in Revit using the Cloud. |

Concept
The inspiration for the Universal Access Center comes from looking at life in a different perspective. Each person with cerebral palsy struggles with their own unique challenges and must learn how to overcome them. Just as train tracks provide a runway for people to reach their destinations, so does this healthcare facility provide a runway for those with cerebral palsy to reach their own individual goals, whether it be through rehabilitation, speech therapy, or learning forms of technology in order to communicate.
