Concept Statement

The Beachum residence overlooks one of the finest beaches in Key West, Florida. A coastal design is incorporated into the home through the use of integrated earth tones, neutrals, and elements found in nature. Warm and cool colors are used to create a serene, calm environment. Accents of Asian culture, found in the client’s existing pieces, will combine Asian influence into the coastal design. The exceptional openness of the public spaces for the Beachum’s entertaining on weeknights will provide guests with a vast space to enjoy the captivating interior, as well as the breathtaking view of the ocean to the north east.
